The Parish Council of St. Joan of Arc functions as an advisor to the Pastor in the administration of the parish. All parish organization presidents are members, and attend the meetings. The Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, and Secretary are elected by the parish to serve a three-year term. Their job is to run the monthly meetings, communicate the information to the other organizations, and act as a liaison between the parish and the pastor.

The Council meets the last Wednesday of every quarter. All parishioners are welcome to attend any meeting. However, if not a member of the council and wish to speak at the meeting, we ask that you contact the rectory or one of the executive board members prior to the meeting (even one day's notice) so that you can be acknowledged, as we do want your input.
