A Town Hall Meeting - A Renaissance in Catholic Education

On Thursday, November 17, our parish will host a town-hall meeting regarding the recommendations that were shared with us on Sunday, October 30, on the future of our school and Catholic education in the Archdiocese of St. Louis.  Since that meeting, the School Oversight Committee planning committee has been addressing the questions that were submitted.  They have let us know that they appreciate everyone’s participation and questions, and that they are looking forward to talking with you further.  At this town-hall meeting, the questions you submitted will be answered by representatives from the School Oversight Committee.  In addition, you will be able to ask additional questions of our guests.  I would encourage all parishioners and parents to take advantage of this opportunity to hear more about these recommendations and to share your thoughts.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Church.

In addition to the communication channels shared at the October 30 meeting (Southcityschoolsinfo@archstl.org; 314.792.7308; 20 Archbishop May Drive, STL, MO 63119), the School Oversight Committee has set up a webpage where information concerning the recommendations is posted (www.archstl.org/renaissance). The webpage will be updated as more information is available for publication (i.e.:  Town-Hall Q &A).
