Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math are essential building blocks for the 21st century education.

St. Joan of Arc Grade School fully supports bringing STEM based curriculum to students.

All teachers grades K-4, receive extensive and ongoing professional development to provide cross-curricular learning activities focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Students grades 5-8 perform hands on science experiments and data collection using community resources and technology to learn the scientific process and factual knowledge about the world around us.

STEM Family Nights

Stem Family Nights at St. Joan of Arc Grade School bring the entire family together to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

The most recent STEM family night challenged family groups to build a geodesic dome using only newspaper and tape.  Everyone had a great time being creative and building cooperation.
